Intuitive Song-Channeling
Are you feeling a pull to open the channel, or to deepen your relationship to song writing? This six-week course is a gentle deep-dive into exploring what it means to be a singing voice in this world that so needs our medicine. Whether or not you've written songs before, this is an opportunity to honour your creative spirit by bringing that path to the forefront to see what beauty might emerge.
Tending your creative voice is an essential part of self-care. When we don't express what we're here to do, our channel is blocked and our energy become stagnant. Our bodies can even experience dis-ease from the pain of lacking creative purpose.
If you suspect or know that song writing is one of your creative outlets, this offering might be something that nudges you on your way to embodying that vision.
Over six weeks we’ll explore:
• GATHERING THE HARVEST of our growing season
• ALCHEMISING LESSONS into songs/lyrics
• SHARING THE ABUNDANCE through song as celebration
• SONGWRITING & Co-created Songs
• Explore GRIEF & CATHARSIS to prepare for winter
• Tending CREATIVE THREADS that arise organically

Dates: Sunday October 4 - November 8, 2026
Time: Weekly ONLINE Meetings (Zoom), 10:00-11:30am EST
Weekly Flow:
- Gather with gratitude
- Opening song
- Sharing round
- Keynote by Kate (guided theme)
- Take home invitations (nature connection/sensory exercise and optional musical assignment)
Additional Pieces:
- Membership to community chat for additional sharing/collaboration (Telegram)
- Access to recordings of the calls for 6 months following the course
- Optional add-on ($45): One private mentoring call (45 minutes) with Kate to workshop your songs, hone your process, or explore song leading
