This time of lengthening days, brighter sun, warmer air, melting snow and thawing ground is when we lay our intentions down for the coming season of growth. We dream, we set goals and look ahead, and we do this in a balanced way, staying present in this important moment of holding and planting the seed with awakened consciousness and specific intention. Let us envision vitality, plan for supported productivity, and prepare ourselves for what lies ahead in the busy warmer months that will soon be upon us. Our creative, birthing energy is in full swing as we embrace the coming season with inspired motivation. Or, even if we're not quite there yet, we support each other in warming up those seeds so they open up and start growing.

We will create art, express ourselves in expansive body movement, sing together, enjoy delicious food, good company, all held in a safe container for deep sharing for the purposes of deepening our self-awareness and connection with each other.
